The car only partly visible in the picture is taking the last parking spot here. There is no spot where the Volkswagen is parked, and there most definately isn't one where the BMW is parked. The traffic sign shows that parking spots are from there on to the right.
How he/she could recognize is there a parking spot or not? Everything is covered by snow...
ReplyDeleteWell there is that pile of snow where he/she tried to park. And even if there was a spot there, the car is still parked all over the place.
DeleteI am russian.I feel shame for all this.Do not be tolerant to this.
ReplyDeleteUsually the sign in the parking lot tells how many places there are (and which direction from the sign). Right now it's hard to tell as not all cars are in the picture and the parking lot sign is not clear in the picture. So, in Finland the sign placement has meaning.
ReplyDeleteI tried to look from Google Street view, and if I found the correct place it clearly tells that parking allowed only to right from the parking lot sign. This means the two VW cars in the picture are parked incorrectly. The left car is parked towards a tree partly blocking the driveway.
I checked and you are absolutely right. The Volkswagen is also parked wrong. You can see where the parking sign is in the picture and double checking from Street View clearly shows that the car on the right is actually taking the last spot.
