Russian drivers are dangerous. In Russia many of them don't care of maximum speed allowed. Every day I see how someone is racing at 100 km/h and higher where maximum allowed is 60 km/h.
Russian drivers are beginning to understand how to behave. Please keep patience and everything will work out. I can give a counter-example of how Finns behave in Vyborg! Once they cross the border, as well violate, speeding, not giving way to pedestrians walking. In general behave boorishly. I understand that historically Vyborg your city. But it does not give you the right to reincarnate so scary.
Like we say in Finland: lights are on, nobody home....
