This photo has been taken at Imatra (another border town). The car did not have any signs indicating it was allowed to park on places for the disabled.

      Handicapped. People that need wheelchairs for example.

      Do you see the sign? That spot is for persons that have trouble moving properly. They have a similar sign in their windshield that privileges them to park in spots like these. No one else is allowed to park there.
