The cars are partly on the walking area or partly on the drive way if parked in an angle here...that's the point!
I guess it is illegal to park in such a manner only if it leaves less than 3 meters for a lane, isn't it?
Russians are not interested in the traffic rules, either in their home country and abroad. should ban private cars abroad
