Usually I don't publish photos where you can't see that the car has Russian plates, but this is just too good to pass. I know the photographer so I know the situation is authentic. The Mercedes is taking two handicapped spots.
The driver of that old Mercedes seems to be mentally challenged, so perhaps he thinks he has right to park into handicapped space. But taking two spots is unforgivable.

ReplyDeleteIn Russia is very popular reason to make crazy things - "I need". Parking on 2 places - " i need". So, if you will to SPB, do it with words "i need".
