This photo taken at Imatra (another border town). The car does not have a sign indicating the driver is allowed to park on places for the disabled.

  1. Now take pictures of all the machines with the Russians numbers in a row? It is not clear, what is the violation. I wish the authors comment on their photos. This will help foreigners do not violate the rules of road traffic in Finland.

  2. How can you tell if the driver has a right to park there? What if the driver really is disabled?

    1. You have to have a sign indicating that you are disabled on your windshield to be allowed to park in a disabled parking spot.
